My Story Welcome to my Journey! My name is Charnesia M. and I’ve studied hair for 9 years, perfecting my craft and Loving what I do, I’ve decided to gather the courage and start my own. Rock Paper Shears Kiddie Cuts, A safe and friendly establishment located in the Bellaire area of Houston Tx, for children of all ages to enjoy a haircut experience without the hassle of being of an excessive wait time amongst a crowded reception.
